He currently serves as a Senior Manager at Alliance Knit Composite Ltd., where he leads initiatives focused on operational excellence through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PDCA-based problem solving, and Build-In Quality (BIQ) systems. He is a certified Nominated Colorist for global brands including H&M, M&S, and Kmart. With strong expertise in Fabric Manufacturing Technology, he has a proven ability to manage high-performing teams and maintain strict quality standards across knitting, dyeing, and finishing operations.
